SCRIPTURE READINGS FOR MARCH 8-14, 2020 MEDITATION: PERSEVERE LIFE!

Sunday  8 Galatians 6 Monday  9 Job 17 Tuesday  10 Isaiah 53 Wednesday  11 Philippians 3 Thursday  12 Revelation 22 Friday  13 Joel 2 Saturday  14 2 Timothy 2

DAILY FOCUS

SUNDAY 8 IN THE MIDST OF THE STORMS, PERSEVERE! “Blessed is the one who perseveres under trial because, having stood the test, that person will receive the crown of life that the Lord has promised to those who love him. 13 When tempted, no one should say, “God is tempting me.” For God cannot be tempted by evil, nor does he tempt anyone; 14 but each person is tempted when they are dragged away by their own evil desire and enticed. 15 Then, after desire has conceived, it gives birth to sin; and sin, when it is full-grown, gives birth to death; 16 Don’t be deceived, my dear brothers and sisters. 17 Every good and perfect gift is from above, coming down from the Father of the heavenly lights, who does not change like shifting shadows. 18 He chose to give us birth through the word of truth, that we might be a kind of firstfruits of all he created. James 1 Vs 12-18 (NIV)

MONDAY 9 CONTINUALLY MEDITATING AND FEEDING ON GOD’S WORD IS SPIRITUALLY FULFILLING! “Oh, the joys of those who do not follow evil men’s advice, who do not hang around with sinners, scoffing at the things of God. 2 But they delight in doing everything God wants them to, and day and night are always meditating on his laws and thinking about ways to follow him more closely. 3 They are like trees along a riverbank bearing luscious fruit each season without fail. Their leaves shall never wither, and all they do shall prosper.” Glory to God! Psalm 1 Vs 1-3 (TLB)

TUESDAY 10 AS FOLLOWERS OF JESUS CHRIST, WE MUST PERSEVERE IN SHARING THE GOSPEL TO ALL THOSE AROUND US! “I have a duty to perform and a debt to pay both to Greeks and to barbarians [the cultured and the uncultured], both to the wise and to the foolish. 15 So, for my part, I am ready and eager to preach the gospel also to you who are in Rome. 16 I am not ashamed of the gospel, for it is the power of God for salvation [from His wrath and punishment] to everyone who believes [in Christ as Savior], to the Jew first and also to the Greek. 17 For in the gospel the righteousness of God is revealed, both springing from faith and leading to faith [disclosed in a way that awakens more faith]. As it is written and forever remains written, “THE JUST and UPRIGHT SHALL LIVE BY FAITH.” Romans 1 Vs 14-17 (AMP)

WEDNESDAY 11 BE PERSISTENT IN WATCHING AND PRAYING—WE DO NOT KNOW WHEN THE MASTER WILL RETURN! As long as we have life, we must pray; as long as there are sinners in the world— pray; as long as our children, loved ones, and family members are lost—we must fervently pray! God’s interest in man is to have every soul saved—it’s not His will that any should perish! Satan is still on the loose so prayer should never be an option, but it must be a necessity—our prayers to the true living God will resist the enemy. “Take ye heed, watch and pray: for ye know not when the time is. 34 For the Son of Man is as a man taking a far journey, who left his house, and gave authority to his servants, and to every man his work, and commanded the porter to watch. 35 Watch ye therefore: for ye know not when the master of the house cometh, at even, or at midnight, or at the cockcrowing, or in the morning: 36Lest coming suddenly he find you sleeping.37And what I say unto you I say unto all, Watch.” Pray for the lost, all nations and for the body of Christ! Mark 13 Vs 33-37 (KJV)

THURSDAY 12
WITH MUCH PERSEVERENCE, FULFILL THE MINISTRY YOU WERE CALLED TO DO! “Preach the word; be prepared in season and out of season; correct, rebuke and encourage—with great patience and careful instruction. 3 For the time will come when people will not put up with sound doctrine. Instead, to suit their own desires, they will gather around them a great number of teachers to say what their itching ears want to hear. 4 They will turn their ears away from the truth and turn aside to myths.5 But you, keep your head in all situations, endure hardship, do the work of an evangelist, discharge all the duties of your ministry.” 2 Tim 4 Vs 2-5 (NIV)

FRIDAY 13 OPPOSITION WILL ALWAYS ARISE WHEN WE ARE DETERMINED TO WORK TOWARDS ADVANCING THE KINDOM OF GOD! Satan’s will use all kinds of schemes and tactics to stir up trouble, but when we stay focus and trust in God, he could never win! When Sanballat learnt that the Jews were rebuilding the wall of Jerusalem, he got angry and in the presence of his associates and the army of Samaria, he mocked God’s people. Nehemiah cried out to the God of Heaven for them not be ridiculed. God confused their enemy; and the laborers carried on their work from sunrise to sunset, They persevered and the wall of Jerusalem was finished on the twenty-fifth of Elul, in fifty-two days; when the enemy and surrounding nations heard of the Jews’ completion of the wall, they lose confidence and thought it could only be the hand of God whom had helped them. Glory to the most-high God! Read Nehemiah 6:15-16.
Nehemiah 4 Vs 15-23 (KJV)

SATURDAY 14 ALWAYS TESTIFY OF THE GOODNESS OF THE LORD AND NEVER BE ASHAMED TO SHARE WHAT HE HAS DONE FOR YOU! “I will praise you to all my brothers; I will stand up before the congregation and testify of the wonderful things you have done. 23 “Praise the Lord, each one of you who fears him,” I will say. “Each of you must fear and reverence his name. Let all Israel sing his praises, 24 for he has not despised my cries of deep despair; he has not turned and walked away. When I cried to him, he heard and came. 25 Yes, I will stand and praise you before all the people. I will publicly fulfill my vows in the presence of all who reverence your name.” Psalm 22 Vs 22-25 (TLB)

WORD OF ENCOURAGEMENT Revelation 3:11 (NLT) says: “I am coming soon. Hold on to what you have, so that no one will take away your crown.”

MONDAY 2 SET ASIDE VALUABLE MOMENTS EACH DAY TO WORSHIP THE ONE AND ONLY TRUE LIVING GOD—YOUR CREATOR “You, God, are my God, earnestly I seek you; I thirst for you, my whole being longs for you, in a dry and parched land where there is no water. 2 I have seen you in the sanctuary and beheld your power and your glory. 3 Because your love is better than life, my lips will glorify you. 4 I will praise you as long as I live, and in your name I will lift up my hands. 5 I will be fully satisfied as with the richest of foods; with singing lips my mouth will praise you”. Psalm 63 Vs 1-5 (NIV)

TUESDAY 3 ALWAYS SET THE LORD BEFORE YOU—LET HIM BE YOUR FIRST PRIORITY! “The LORD is the portion of mine inheritance and of my cup: thou maintainest my lot. 6 The lines are fallen unto me in pleasant places; yea, I have a goodly heritage. 7 I will bless the LORD, who hath given me counsel: my reins also instruct me in the night seasons. 8 I have set the LORD always before me: because he is at my right hand, I shall not be moved. 9 Therefore my heart is glad, and my glory rejoiceth: my flesh also shall rest in hope…. 11 Thou wilt shew me the path of life: in thy presence is fullness of joy; at thy right hand there are pleasures for evermore.” Psalm 16 Vs 5-11 (KJV)

WEDNESDAY 4 BE STEADFAST IN PRAYER AND DON’T FORGET TO PRAY FOR OTHERS—IT IS THE DUTY OF EVERY BELIEVER! “I do not cease to give thanks for you, remembering you in my prayers; 17 [I always pray] that the God of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of glory, may grant you a spirit of wisdom and of revelation [that gives you a deep and personal and intimate insight] into the true knowledge of Him [for we know the Father through the Son]. 18 And [I pray] that the eyes of your heart [the very center and core of your being] may be enlightened [flooded with light by the Holy Spirit], so that you will know and cherish the hope [the divine guarantee, the confident expectation] to which He has called you, the riches of His glorious inheritance in the saints (God’s people).” Pray for increase faith for all your brothers and sisters in Christ and don’t get weary in praying for the unsaved! THURSDAY 5 JOY, PEACE AND THE ANSWERS TO WHICH WE SEARCH FOR WILL COME WHEN WE SEEK GOD WITH ALL OUR HEARTS—HE HONORS YOUR COMMITMENT TO HIM! “The family got up early the next morning, worshiped before the LORD, and returned to their home in Ramah. Elkanah knew Hannah his wife, and the LORD remembered her [prayer]. 20 It came about in due time, after Hannah had conceived, that she gave birth to a son; she named him Samuel, saying, “Because I have asked for him from the LORD.” 1 Samuel 1 Vs 19-20 (AMP)

FRIDAY 6 IT’S IMPERATIVE THAT WE KNOW THE LORD FOR OURSELVES—WE MUST CONTINUALLY SEEK HIM, GET TO KNOW HIM AND IT IS OUR DUTY TO LIVE IN OBEDIENCE TO HIM! “Not everyone who says to Me, ‘Lord, Lord,’ will enter the kingdom of heaven, but only he who does the will of My Father who is in heaven. 22 Many will say to Me on that day [when I judge them], ‘Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in Your name, and driven out demons in Your name, and done many miracles in Your name?’ 23 And then I will declare to them publicly, ‘I never knew you; DEPART FROM ME [you are banished from My presence], YOU WHO ACT WICKEDLY [disregarding My commands].” Matthew 7 Vs 21-23 (AMP)

SATURDAY 7 OBEY THE LORD! BE A WATCHMAN FOR LOST SOULS AND TELL THE WORLD THAT JESUS SAVES! “After seven days the LORD gave me a message. He said, 17 “Son of man, I have appointed you as a watchman for Israel. Whenever you receive a message from me, warn people immediately. 18 If I warn the wicked, saying, ‘You are under the penalty of death,’ but you fail to deliver the warning, they will die in their sins. And I will hold you responsible for their deaths. 19 If you warn them and they refuse to repent and keep on sinning, they will die in their sins. But you will have saved yourself because you obeyed me.” Ezekiel 3 Vs 16-19 (NLT)

WORD OF ENCOURAGEMENT: Jeremiah 29:13 (ESV) “You will seek me and find me, when you seek me with all your heart.”

THE WORD OF GOD GIVETH LIGHT TO DAILY GUIDE YOUR STEPS! “ Therefore I love thy commandments above gold; yea, above fine gold. 128 Therefore I esteem all thy precepts concerning all things to be right; and I hate every false way. 129 Thy testimonies are wonderful: therefore doth my soul keep them. 130 The entrance of thy words giveth light; it giveth understanding unto the simple. 131 I opened my mouth, and panted: for I longed for thy commandments. 132 Look thou upon me, and be merciful unto me, as thou usest to do unto those that love thy name. 133 Order my steps in thy word: and let not any iniquity have dominion over me.” Psalm 119 Vs 127-133 (KJV)

MONDAY 24
THE PRECIOUS BLOOD OF JESUS OFFERS REDEMPTION—GLORIFY THE LORD! “18 For you know that you were not redeemed from your useless [spiritually unproductive] way of life inherited [by tradition] from your forefathers with perishable things like silver and gold, 19 but [you were actually purchased] with precious blood, like that of a [sacrificial] lamb unblemished and spotless, the priceless blood of Christ. 20 For He was [b]foreordained (foreknown) before the foundation of the world, but has appeared [publicly] in these last times for your sake 21 and through Him you believe [confidently] in God [the heavenly Father], who raised Him from the dead and gave Him glory, so that your faith and hope are [centered and rest] in God.” 1 Peter 1 Vs 18-21 (AMP)

THE NAME OF JESUS IS MORE POWERFUL THAN YOU MAY THINK—EXERCISE THE AUTHORITY THAT IS IN HIS NAME! “9 For this reason also [because He obeyed and so completely humbled Himself], God has highly exalted Him and bestowed on Him the name which is above every name, 10 so that at the name of Jesus [b]EVERY KNEE SHALL BOW [in submission], of those who are in heaven and on earth and under the earth, 11 and that every tongue will confess and openly acknowledge that Jesus Christ is Lord (sovereign God), to the glory of God the Father.” Philippians 2 Vs 9-11 (AMP)

FRIDAY 28
THANKSGIVING IS VERY IMPORTANT—THANK HIM IN THE GOOD TIMES AND BAD! “The trumpeters and singers performed together in unison to praise and give thanks to the LORD. Accompanied by trumpets, cymbals, and other instruments, they raised their voices and praised the LORD with these words: “He is good! His faithful love endures forever!” At that moment a thick cloud filled the Temple of the LORD. 14 The priests could not continue their service because of the cloud, for the glorious presence of the LORD filled the Temple of God.” 2 Chronicles 5 Vs 13-14 (NLT)

SATURDAY 29
OH, HOW WONDERFUL AND IMPORTANT IT IS TO WORSHIP THE ONLY TRUE LIVING GOD! “The LORD reigns, let the nations tremble; he sits enthroned between the cherubim, let the earth shake. 2 Great is the LORD in Zion; he is exalted over all the nations. 3 Let them praise your great and awesome name— he is holy.” The King is mighty, he loves justice— you have established equity; in Jacob you have done what is just and right.5 Exalt the LORD our God and worship at his footstool; he is holy.” Psalm 99 Vs 1-5 (NIV)

WORD OF ENCOURAGEMENT: Psalm 89:8-9 (KJV) says: “8 O LORD God of hosts, who is a strong LORD like unto thee? or to thy faithfulness round about thee? 9 Thou rulest the raging of the sea: when the waves thereof arise, thou stillest them.”

Unity in the Body of Christ

SCRIPTURE READINGS FOR FEBRUARY 9-15, 2020 MEDITATION: UNITY IN THE BODY OF CHRIST!

“Until we all attain to the unity of the faith, and of the knowledge of the Son of God, to a mature man, to the measure of the stature which belongs to the fullness of Christ. 14 As a result, we are no longer to be children, tossed here and there by waves and carried about by every wind of doctrine, by the trickery of men, by craftiness in deceitful scheming; 15 but speaking the truth in love, we are to grow up in all aspects into Him who is the head, even Christ, 16 from whom the whole body, being fitted and held together by what every joint supplies, according to the proper working of each individual part, causes the growth of the body for the building up of itself in love.” EPHESIANS 4:13-16 (NASB).

Sunday 9 1 Corinthians 12 Monday 10 Malachi 2 Tuesday 11 1 Peter 3 Wednesday 12 1 Samuel 14 Thursday 13 judges 20 Friday 14 Ruth 1 Saturday 15 Romans 12

DAILY FOCUS

SUNDAY 9 DIVISION SHOULD NEVER BE FOUND AMONG BELIEVERS! “But I urge you, believers, by the name of our Lord Jesus Christ, that all of you be in full agreement in what you say, and that there be no divisions or factions among you, but that you be perfectly united in your way of thinking and in your judgment [about matters of the faith]. 11 For I have been informed about you, my brothers and sisters, by those of Chloe’s household, that there are quarrels and factions among you. 12 Now I mean this, that each one of you says, “I am [a disciple] of Paul,” or “I am [a disciple] of Apollos,” or “I am [a disciple] of Cephas (Peter),” or “I am [a disciple] of Christ.” 13 Has Christ been divided [into different parts]? Was Paul crucified for you? Or were you baptized into the name of Paul? [Certainly not!]” 1 Corinthians 1 10-13 (AMP)

MONDAY 10 IT IS GOOD AND PLEASANT WHEN GOD’S PEOPLE DWELL TOGETHER IN UNITY “Behold, how good and how pleasant it is for brethren to dwell together in unity! 2 It is like the precious ointment upon the head, that ran down upon the beard, even Aaron’s beard: that went down to the skirts of his garments; 3 As the dew of Hermon, and as the dew that descended upon the mountains of Zion: for there the LORD commanded the blessing, even life.” Psalm 133 1-3 (KJV)

TUESDAY 11 BE OF THE SAME MIND, MAINTAIN THE SAME LOVE AND BE OF ONE SPIRIT “Therefore, if there is any encouragement in Christ, if there is any consolation of love, if there is any fellowship of the Spirit, if any affection and compassion, 2 make my joy complete by being of the same mind, maintaining the same love, united in spirit, intent on one purpose. 3Do nothing from selfishness or empty conceit, but with humility of mind regard one another as more important than yourselves; 4 do not merely look out for your own personal interests, but also for the interests of others.” Philippians 2 1-4 (ESV)

WEDNESDAY 12 GOD IS PLEASED WHEN HIS CHILDREN ARE OF ONE HEART AND SOUL! “And when they had prayed, the place in which they were gathered together was shaken, and they were all filled with the Holy Spirit and continued to speak the word of God with boldness. 32 Now the full number of those who believed were of one heart and soul, and no one said that any of the things that belonged to him was his own, but they had everything in common. 33 And with great power the apostles were giving their testimony to the resurrection of the Lord Jesus, and great grace was upon them all.” Pray frequently throughout the day for each other—pray that we all live a harmonious life—pleasing our heavenly father. Also pray for lost souls. Acts 4 31-33 (ESV)

THURSDAY 13 AS FOLLOWERS OF CHRIST, IT’S IMPORTANT TO LIVE IN HARMONY “May God, who gives this patience and encouragement, help you live in complete harmony with each other, as is fitting for followers of Christ Jesus. 6 Then all of you can join together with one voice, giving praise and glory to God, the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ. 7 therefore, accept each other just as Christ has accepted you so that God will be given glory.” Romans 15 5-7 (NLT)

FRIDAY 14 LOVE ONE ANOTHER, IT IS THE PERFECT BOND OF UNITY “So, as those who have “So, as those who have been chosen of God, holy and beloved, put on a heart of compassion, kindness, humility, gentleness and patience; 13 bearing with one another, and forgiving each other, whoever has a complaint against anyone; just as the Lord forgave you, so also should you. 14 beyond all these things put on love, which is the perfect bond of unity.” Colossians 3 12-14 (NASB)

SATURDAY 15 DILIGENTLY PRESERVE THE UNITY OF THE SPIRIT IN THE BOND OF PEACE! “Therefore I, the prisoner of the Lord, implore you to walk in a manner worthy of the calling with which you have been called, 2 with all humility and gentleness, with patience, showing tolerance for one another in love, 3 being diligent to preserve the unity of the Spirit in the bond of peace. 4 There is one body and one Spirit, just as also you were called in one hope of your calling; 5 one Lord, one faith, one baptism, 6 one God and Father of all who is over all and through all and in all.” Ephesians 4 1-6 (NLT)

WORD OF ENCOURAGEMENT: 1 CORINTHIANS 12:26 (NLT) says: “If one part suffers, all the parts suffer with it, and if one part is honored, all the parts are glad.”44

Holiness unto God

SCRIPTURE READINGS FOR FEBRUARY 2-8, 2020 MEDITATION: HOLINESS UNTO GOD

The essence of God is holiness. As children of God, we must not be conformed to this world; instead, our lives must be a life of holiness. Peter instructed believers to be holy as the Lord is. God also commanded the Children of the Old Testament to be holy Leviticus 11:44; therefore, our lives must be set apart from the world because we have chosen a different lifestyle to live by. “But ye are a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, an holy nation, a peculiar people; that ye should shew forth the praises of him who hath called you out of darkness into his marvelous light:” 1 Peter 2:9 (KJV).

Sunday 2 Psalm 77 Monday 3 1 Peter 1 Tuesday 4 Isaiah 57 Wednesday 5 2 Corinthians 6 Thursday 6 1 Thessalonians 3 Friday 7 Revelations 4 Saturday 8 Ezekiel 36

DAILY FOCUS

SUNDAY 2 HOLINESS UNTO GODLINESS! Our lives are sanctified by the power of God through the Holy Spirit. We are not capable of living the Christian life on our own, that’s why He has sent us the Divine help of the Holy Spirit—hallelujah! The Christian life is a sanctified life—a life of holiness unto God. The blood of Jesus has washed and cleansed us from all our sins to do the will of God; therefore, holiness must be our evident lifestyle. The bible tells us without holiness, none of us will see the Lord. Hebrews 12:14

MONDAY 3 WHAT IS HOLINESS? Holiness is wholesomeness, completeness, pureness, and perfection unto God. It is also a place in God. When God sanctifies something—whether it’s a place, a person or a thing, it becomes holy. That person, place or thing becomes separated from all things, unto God. As God’s children, we’ve been sanctified by the Spirit unto Him; therefore, we are holy. Also, when God’s presence comes upon someone or when His presence comes upon a place—like it did on Mount Sinai in the Old Testament, it becomes holy. The temple in the Old Testament also was called holy because the presence of God dwelt there, and God had separated that place unto Himself. Exodus 24:16

TUESDAY 4 THOSE WHO LIVE A LIFE OF HOLINESS Those who live a life of holiness, live according to the will and the divine plans and purposes of God. They live to avoid the sinful desires of the flesh and seek to be led by the power of the Holy Spirit. A life of holiness typifies a Christ-like life—following the examples of Jesus Christ—living a life of obedience, reverence and worship to the Father. They love the word of God and meditate daily. Their lives are spiritually filled and is therefore void of ungodly activities. They desire to have a profound relationship with their Creator—serving Him whole-heartedly. Colossians 3:23

WEDNESDAY 5 HOLINESS BRINGS ON PRAYERFULNESS A person living in holiness understands the significance of prayer. He or she prays continually as the word of God has instructed. It’s not just the fancy word of his/her prayers that motivates God to move on his/her behalf, but it’s the brokenness, sincerity and pureness of the heart—the effectual fervent prayer of a righteous man availeth much. Let’s pray for each other, world- wide nations, and as the Spirit of God leads…Pray often throughout the day! James 5:16

THURSDAY 6 HOLINESS MUST BE EVIDENT IN THE LIFE WE LIVE Our lives must manifest a Christ-like behavior—the way we talk—the things we say, the places we go, the company we keep, the way we dress and how we conduct ourselves—everything we do in our daily lives, must represents Jesus and reflects holiness, “for it is written: “Be holy, because I am holy.” 1 Peter 1 Vs 16 (NIV)

FRIDAY 7 HOLINESS MUST BE SET APART FROM WORLDLINESS “Do not love the world or the things in the world. If anyone loves the world, the love of the Father is not in him. 16 For all that is in the world—the desires of the flesh and the desires of the eyes and pride of life—is not from the Father but is from the world. 17 And the world is passing away along with its desires, but whoever does the will of God abides forever.” 1 John 2 15-17 (NIV)

SATURDAY 8 HOLINESS IS EVERYDAY OF THE WEEK, MONTH AND YEAR! God intends for all to live a holy life—everyday! When we live in His righteousness, He will not hesitate to be in our presence. Our bodies are the temple of the Holy Spirit; however, He will not enter a defiled temple—holiness is His dwelling place. “Do you not know that your bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit, who is in you, whom you have received from God? You are not your own; 20 you were bought at a price. Therefore, honor God with your bodies.” 1 Corinthians 6:19-20 (NIV)
WORD OF ENCOURAGEMENT: 2 Corinthians 7:1 (NIV) says: “Therefore, since we have these promises, dear friends, let us purify ourselves from everything that contaminates body and spirit, perfecting holiness out of reverence for God.”

Being Spiritually Minded

SCRIPTURE READINGS FOR JANUARY 26 – FEBRUARY 1, 2020

MEDITATION: BEING SPIRITUALLY MINDED
“Those who are in the realm of the flesh cannot please God. 9 You, however, are not in the realm of the flesh but are in the realm of the Spirit, if indeed the Spirit of God lives in you. And if anyone does not have the Spirit of Christ, they do not belong to Christ. 10 But if Christ is in you, then even though your body is subject to death because of sin, the Spirit gives life because of righteousness. 11And if the Spirit of him who raised Jesus from the dead is living in you, he who raised Christ from the dead will also give life to your mortal bodies because of his Spirit who lives in you.” ROMANS 8:8-11 (NIV)

Sunday 26 Joel 2 Monday 27 2 Thessalonians 3 Tuesday 28 1 Corinthians 15 Wednesday 29 Ephesians 4 Thursday 30 Romans 13 Friday 31 2 Chronicles 34 Saturday 1 John 6

DAILY FOCUS

SUNDAY 26 SPIRITUALLY MINDED CHILDREN OF GOD EXPRESS “AWE-FILLED REVERENCE” FOR HIM. “Then those who feared the LORD [with awe-filled reverence] spoke to one another; and the LORD paid attention and heard it, and a book of remembrance was written before Him of those who fear the LORD [with an attitude of reverence and respect] and who esteem His name. 17 “They will be Mine,” says the LORD of hosts, “on that day when I publicly recognize them and openly declare them to be My own possession [that is, My very special treasure]. And I will have compassion on them and spare them as a man spares his own son who serves him.” Malachi 3 Vs 16-17 (AMP)

MONDAY 27 WHEN WE WALK IN THE SPIRIT THE FLESH WILL BE SLAINED! “But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, 23 gentleness, self-control; against such things there is no law. 24Now those who belong to Christ Jesus have crucified the flesh with its passions and desires. 25 If we live by the Spirit, let us also walk by the Spirit. 26 Let us not become boastful, challenging one another, envying one another.” Galatians 5 Vs 22-26 (NASB)

TUESDAY 28 THE SPIRITUALLY MINDED DELIGHTS IN DOING THE WILL OF GOD, THEY WALK IN ONENESS OF SPIRIT “For as the body is one, and hath many members, and all the members of that one body, being many, are one body: so also is Christ. 13 For by one Spirit are we all baptized into one body, whether we be Jews or Gentiles, whether we be bond or free; and have been all made to drink into one Spirit.” 1 Corinth 12 Vs 12-13 (KJV)

WEDNESDAY 29 PRAYING IN THE SPIRIT, SPIRITUALLY BUILDS UP THE HUMAN SPIRIT! “But you, beloved, build yourselves up on [the foundation of] your most holy faith [continually progress, rise like an edifice higher and higher], pray in the Holy Spirit, 21 and keep yourselves in the love of God, waiting anxiously and looking forward to the mercy of our Lord Jesus Christ [which will bring you] to eternal life. 22And have mercy on some, who are doubting; 23 save others, snatching them out of the fire; and on some have mercy but with fear, loathing even the clothing spotted and polluted by their shameless immoral freedom.” Pray for the gospel of Jesus Christ to take full course all around the world—reaching souls that desperately need to be saved! Jude 1 Vs 20-23 (AMP)

THURSDAY 30 DON’T LET YOUR MIND BE GOVERNED BY THE FLESH—THE FLESHLY MINDED CAN NEVER PLEASE GOD! “The mind governed by the flesh is death, but the mind governed by the Spirit is life and peace. 7 The mind governed by the flesh is hostile to God; it does not submit to God’s law, nor can it do so. 8 Those who are in the realm of the flesh cannot please God.” Romans 8 Vs 6-8 (NIV)

FRIDAY 31 THOSE WHO DWELL IN SPIRITUAL SLEEPINESS IS UNAWARE OF WHAT GOD IS SAYING! INCLINE YOUR EARS AND HEAR THE LIVING WORD: “This is the reason I speak to the crowds in parables: because while [having the power of] seeing they do not see, and while [having the power of] hearing they do not hear, nor do they understand and grasp [spiritual things]. 14 In them the prophecy of Isaiah is being fulfilled, which says, ‘YOU WILL HEAR and KEEP ON HEARING, BUT NEVER UNDERSTAND; AND YOU WILL LOOK and KEEP ON LOOKING, BUT NEVER COMPREHEND; 15 FOR THIS NATION’S HEART HAS GROWN HARD, AND WITH THEIR EARS THEY HARDLY HEAR, AND THEY HAVE [tightly] CLOSED THEIR EYES,OTHERWISE THEY WOULD SEE WITH THEIR EYES, AND HEAR WITH THEIR EARS, AND UNDERSTAND WITH THEIR HEART, AND TURN [to Me]AND I WOULD HEAL THEM [spiritually].’ 16 But blessed [spiritually aware, and favored by God] are your eyes, because they see; and your ears, because they hear. 17 I assure you and most solemnly say to you, many prophets and righteous men [who were honorable and in right standing with God] longed to see what you see, and did not see it, and to hear what you hear, and did not hear it. ” Matthew 13 Vs 13-17 (AMP)

SATURDAY 1 CHILDREN OF THE MOST-HIGH GOD DELIGHT IN DOING HIS WILL! Their leaves shall never wither, and all they do shall prosper.” Psalm 1 Vs 1-3 (TLB)

WORD OF ENCOURAGEMENT: Galatians 5:16 (KJV) says: “This I say then, walk in the Spirit, and ye shall not fulfil the lust of the flesh.”
