SUNDAY 23

THE WORD OF GOD GIVETH LIGHT TO DAILY GUIDE YOUR STEPS! “ Therefore I love thy commandments above gold; yea, above fine gold. 128 Therefore I esteem all thy precepts concerning all things to be right; and I hate every false way. 129 Thy testimonies are wonderful: therefore doth my soul keep them. 130 The entrance of thy words giveth light; it giveth understanding unto the simple. 131 I opened my mouth, and panted: for I longed for thy commandments. 132 Look thou upon me, and be merciful unto me, as thou usest to do unto those that love thy name. 133 Order my steps in thy word: and let not any iniquity have dominion over me.” Psalm 119 Vs 127-133 (KJV)

 

MONDAY 24

THE PRECIOUS BLOOD OF JESUS OFFERS REDEMPTION—GLORIFY THE LORD! “18 For you know that you were not redeemed from your useless [spiritually unproductive] way of life inherited [by tradition] from your forefathers with perishable things like silver and gold, 19 but [you were actually purchased] with precious blood, like that of a [sacrificial] lamb unblemished and spotless, the priceless blood of Christ. 20 For He was [b]foreordained (foreknown) before the foundation of the world, but has appeared [publicly] in these last times for your sake 21 and through Him you believe [confidently] in God [the heavenly Father], who raised Him from the dead and gave Him glory, so that your faith and hope are [centered and rest] in God.” 1 Peter 1 Vs 18-21 (AMP)

 

TUESDAY 25

THE NAME OF JESUS IS MORE POWERFUL THAN YOU MAY THINK—EXERCISE THE AUTHORITY THAT IS IN HIS NAME! “9 For this reason also [because He obeyed and so completely humbled Himself], God has highly exalted Him and bestowed on Him the name which is above every name, 10 so that at the name of Jesus [b]EVERY KNEE SHALL BOW [in submission], of those who are in heaven and on earth and under the earth, 11 and that every tongue will confess and openly acknowledge that Jesus Christ is Lord (sovereign God), to the glory of God the Father.” Philippians 2 Vs 9-11 (AMP)

 

WEDNESDAY 26

FAILING TO PRAY IS SPIRITUAL DEATH TO YOUR SOUL! WATCH AND PRAY CONTINUALLY “But of that day and that hour knoweth no man, no, not the angels which are in heaven, neither the Son, but the Father. 33 Take ye heed, watch and pray: for ye know not when the time is. 34 For the Son of Man is as a man taking a far journey, who left his house, and gave authority to his servants, and to every man his work, and commanded the porter to watch. 35 Watch ye therefore: for ye know not when the master of the house cometh, at even, or at midnight, or at the cockcrowing, or in the morning: 36 Lest coming suddenly he find you sleeping. 37 And what I say unto you I say unto all, Watch.” Pray for spiritual discernment, body of Christ and always for lost souls! THURSDAY 27

AS CHILDREN OF GOD, WE MUST ALWAYS SHARE OUR TESTIMONIES—THEY WILL OVERCOME THE ENEMY! “Now the salvation, and the power, and the kingdom (dominion, reign) of our God, and the authority of His Christ have come; for the [e]accuser of our[believing] brothers and sisters has been thrown down [at last], he who accuses them and keeps bringing charges [of sinful behavior] against them before our God day and night. 11 And they overcame and conquered him because of the blood of the Lamb and because of the word of their testimony, for they did not love their life and renounce their faith even when faced with death.” Revelation 12 Vs 10-11 (AMP)

 

FRIDAY 28

THANKSGIVING IS VERY IMPORTANT—THANK HIM IN THE GOOD TIMES AND BAD! “The trumpeters and singers performed together in unison to praise and give thanks to the LORD. Accompanied by trumpets, cymbals, and other instruments, they raised their voices and praised the LORD with these words: “He is good! His faithful love endures forever!” At that moment a thick cloud filled the Temple of the LORD. 14 The priests could not continue their service because of the cloud, for the glorious presence of the LORD filled the Temple of God.” 2 Chronicles 5 Vs 13-14 (NLT)

 

SATURDAY 29

OH, HOW WONDERFUL AND IMPORTANT IT IS TO WORSHIP THE ONLY TRUE LIVING GOD! “The LORD reigns, let the nations tremble; he sits enthroned between the cherubim, let the earth shake. 2 Great is the LORD in Zion; he is exalted over all the nations. 3 Let them praise your great and awesome name— he is holy.” The King is mighty, he loves justice— you have established equity; in Jacob you have done what is just and right.5 Exalt the LORD our God and worship at his footstool; he is holy.” Psalm 99 Vs 1-5 (NIV)

 

WORD OF ENCOURAGEMENT: Psalm 89:8-9 (KJV) says: “8 O LORD God of hosts, who is a strong LORD like unto thee? or to thy faithfulness round about thee? 9 Thou rulest the raging of the sea: when the waves thereof arise, thou stillest them.”
