EVERY BELIEVER OF THE GOSPEL OF JESUS CHRIST MUST BE DEVOTED TO HONOR AND WORSHIP THE KING OF ALL KINGS! ““Oh come, let us sing to the LORD; let us make a joyful noise to the rock of our salvation! 2Let us come into his presence with thanksgiving; let us make a joyful noise to him with songs of praise! 3 For the LORD is a great God, and a great King above all gods.” Psalm 95 Vs 1-3 (NASB)
MONDAY 6
OUR RESPONSIBILITY AS BELIEVERS IS TO FAITHFULLY SERVE GOD! “The LORD will not abandon His people for His great name’s sake, because the LORD has been pleased to make you a people Himself. 23 Moreover, as for me, far be it from me that I should sin against the LORD by ceasing to pray for you; but I will instruct you in the good and right way. 24 Only fear the LORD [with awe and profound reverence] and serve Him faithfully with all your heart; for consider what great things He has done for you.” 1 Samuel 12 Vs 22-24 (AMP)
TUESDAY 7
WHAT IS THE DUTY OF BELIEVERS? “Therefore, believers, be all the more diligent to make certain about His calling and choosing you [be sure that your behavior reflects and confirms your relationship with God]; for by [f]doing these things [actively developing these virtues], you will never stumble [in your spiritual growth and will live a life that leads others away from sin]; 11 for in this way entry into the eternal kingdom of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ will be abundantly provided to you.” 2 Peter 1 Vs 10-11(AMP)
WEDNESDAY 8
AS FAITHFUL SERVANTS OF OUR LORD AND SAVIOR JESUS CHRIST, PRAYER IS NOT AN OPTION—IT’S A NECESSITY! Opposition will arise as long as you are a child of God. That is why our Heavenly Father has given us His word instructing us to pray at all times—why? Because prayers connect us to Him and He has given us the power through His word and through prayer to destroy the wicked plans and purposes of the enemy for our lives. “Pray in the Spirit at all times and on every occasion. Stay alert and be persistent in your prayers for all believers everywhere 19 And pray for me, too. Ask God to give me the right words so I can boldly explain God’s mysterious plan that the good News is for Jews and Gentiles alike. 20I am in chains now, still preaching this message as God’s ambassador. So Pray that I will keep on speaking boldly for him, as I should.” Let us pray for our brothers and sisters around the world, for all nations and for every lost soul…Pray throughout the day! Ephesian 6 Vs 18-20 (NLT)
THURSDAY 9
BELIEVERS OF THE GOSPEL OF JESUS CHRIST MUST DO THE NECESSARY DEEDS OF SHARING THE GOOD NEWS OF SALVATION WITH THE LOST!“ These twelve Jesus sent out, instructing them, “Go nowhere among the Gentiles and enter no town of the Samaritans, 6 but go rather to the lost sheep of the house of Israel. 7 And proclaim as you go, saying, ‘The kingdom of heaven is at hand.’” Matthew 10: Vs 5-7 (ESV)
FRIDAY 10
AS HIS CHILDREN, GOD EXPECTS US TO BUILD OURSELVES UP IN FAITH AND SHOW MERCY TO THOSE OF WEAKER/WAVERING FAITH. “But you, dear friends, must build each other up in your most holy faith, pray in the power of the Holy Spirit,[g] 21 and await the mercy of our Lord Jesus Christ, who will bring you eternal life. In this way, you will keep yourselves safe in God’s love. 22 And you must show mercy to[h] those whose faith is wavering.23 Rescue others by snatching them from the flames of judgment. Show mercy to still others,[i] but do so with great caution, hating the sins that contaminate their lives.” Jude 1 Vs 20-23- (ESV)
SATURDAY 11
TRUE CHILDREN OF GOD DO WHAT IS NECESSARY TO STAY COMMITTED TO HIM! 2 “I know all the things you do. I have seen your hard work and your patient endurance. I know you don’t tolerate evil people. You have examined the claims of those who say they are apostles but are not. You have discovered they are liars. 3 You have patiently suffered for me without quitting. 4 “But I have this complaint against you. You don’t love me or each other as you did at first!5 Look how far you have fallen! Turn back to me and do the works you did at first. If you don’t repent, I will come and remove your lampstand from its place among the churches.” Revelation 2 Vs 2-5 (NLT)
WORD OF ENCOURAGEMENT: Proverbs 11: 30 (AMP) “The fruit of the [consistently] righteous is a tree of life, and he who is wise captures and wins souls [for God—he gathers them eternity].”
